About
-opening alignment-
-opening alignment- is the umbrella term for all of my work but is also used when referring to my deep energetic practice that has developed from a life time of exploration in the mystical and rooted in the power of love, radical acceptance and alignment with the all. The underpinning of my practice comes from my MA training in art psychotherapy, innerdance facilitation, energy healing, ritual practice, channeling and guidance of the well ancestors and 14years of working with the vulnerable (mental health, elderly, children, intelectual disabilities).
My approach is held in trust in the divine order, honoring mother earth, embracing all that is and the nurturing support of the 'mother of origin', she from whom we all derive.
-opening alignment- is a culmination of practices, that are used depending on what arrises in the field for the participant, including life force rememberance, "kundalini activation/ innerdance" somatic sound journeying, energy work, art therapy and movement.

Offerings
Private 1to1 -opening alignment- Session
Experience a one-on-one session focused on surrendering and trusting your own innate wisdom. In this process anything that isn't true falls away, allowing the life force energy to move through your body and alchemise the old to gold.
These sessions are personalised to the one recieving.
Group -opening alignment- Sessions
These sessions take place both in person and online.
In person they can slightly differ from session to session. The foundation of the session is one of what is often reffered to as "life force activation" or "kundalini activation" however, though this energy system is active I also work with frequencies from very ancient well ancestors, the rose, arcturus and ultimately love... In these group sessions I can introduce different herbs, teas, practices depending on whats called for.
